There are times in life where our biggest challenges and struggles leave an imprint in our life. And this can cause a shift in our daily routines of how to deal and cope with things that you never expected to go through. Perhaps the challenge is with your personal health, the loss of a loved one (ex a husband, partner or baby), work and family. Most of the time we like to shrug things off and say will be okay, but the reality is we often ignore our feelings thinking time will pass and things will get better.

The reality is a new normal after a big challenge in your life can often seem overwhelming, so in this week's episode I am sharing a couple pointers about how to re-balance your life without doing it all by yourself.
